Photos of some of Silas Hall's descendants

 The above photo is, circa 1898, is the home of John & Mary Emanda (Wallace) Hall on Dryridge, near Maryville, Marion Co., Iowa.  Mary Emanda is by the door on the left while John (left) and their son, James Arthur Hall (right) are in front of the house with their mules.  John was a mule tender in the 2nd Iowa Cavalry during the Civil War.
